I may have said this but my range on this was normally 2800-3200 and some days much higher (after legs for example). But you cannot wait... If you wait say 2hrs, your body could've digested a meal and been ready for another in that time. It takes getting used to, and you really have to recognize that feeling.
    Makes sense, thanks.
You still following this method though?

Ordered more pins, hopefully they'll be here by next Wednes. The first box is no where to be found.. really frustrating.

Ive been taking the last few days off for recovery, got bored and found myself back in the gym today. lol Hit 365 for some triples on Incline. Thinkn I need to add about 50lbs to my Incline to start coming close to hittin that 315 x 20.

Saw one of House's threads.. I'm gonna give some RG incline presses a shot.. see how they work.. never tried em before.

Now that I think about it, its really not that bad considering his strength. He's using like 50% of his 1rm. More like circuit training or whatever the fuck.

Up the weights pls. EQ facilitates collagen synthesis anyways so your joints should feel awesome a month in.

Been starting to feel some lethargy coming on.. also noticing how much more difficult it is to complete these workouts without creatine and beta alanine.

Not yet, not ready to pin 20x/ed!!

This log is still in progress, not working out much, just dieting and doing A LOT of yard work and landscaping for my grandfather for this past week as well as this week to come. I plan on holding my calories at 2,700 calories and see where that takes me over the next few weeks.

On another note, the cycle has officially started today. 2cc's to my left pec this morning (didn't feel so smooth as I remember, but I'll get used to it).

    Solid numbers there.

    Question.
Your main whole foods are just tuna and salmon, 1 time a day each?
    Also, how many shakes??

Yeah its just a rough diet thrown together very quickly. A few others can be substituted in for variety.

The following are approximately 75g Protein.
    11-12oz chicken
    13oz tilapia
    10-11oz ground turkey
    10oz tuna
    13oz shrimp
16oz egg whites (this is 50g protein)

At least 4 cups of vegetables per day as well, but they're not counted in the diet.
    broccoli/greenbeans/asparagus/spinach/onions/peppers/mushrooms/lettuce/celery/carrots etc

Went to see my brother in college over the weekend.. he showed me how out of shape I am. Even though we ate at "All You Can Eat" buffets, I still lost about 10lbs in 2days. Hammies are sore as ****, laying off the leg workouts for a bit.
