Pre-cycle: 6'2 235lbs @ 15% body fat; 200lbs of Lean Mass; 35lbs of Fat Mass.
Result: 17lbs of Muscle; 20lbs of Fat loss.
Post-cycle: 6'2 232lbs @ 7% body fat; 217lbs of Lean Mass; 15lbs of Fat Mass.

Diet will be calorie restricted at 3000cals/day. It will be 250g Carbohydrates, 350g Protein, 70g Fats. Fruits and fiberous vegetables will be less restricted.
* Note: Water will be the only fluid consumed. Lemon and Propel are optional.

Workout regiment will be as follows:
6 Days/wk - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat
* High Intensity
* High Volume
Sundays and Wednesdays will be strictly a rest day.
Cardiovascular exercise will be done 2x/wk on Mondays and Thursdays
* Moderate Intensity

The fun will begin January 2nd 2012.
