    Wks 1 - 10

    winny @ 50/ed

    PCT 6wks
    clomid @ 50/ed
    nolva @ 20/ed

    Pre-cycle: 6'2 235lbs @ 15% body fat; 200lbs of Lean Mass; 35lbs of Fat Mass.

    Result: 17lbs of Muscle; 20lbs of Fat loss.

    Post-cycle: 6'2 232lbs @ 7% body fat; 217lbs of Lean Mass; 15lbs of Fat Mass.

    Diet will be calorie restricted at 3000cals/day. It will be 250g Carbohydrates, 350g Protein, 70g Fats. Fruits and fiberous vegetables will be less restricted.
    * Note: Water will be the only fluid consumed. Lemon and Propel are optional.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Workout regiment will be as follows:
    6 Days/wk - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat
    * High Intensity
    * High Volume
    Sundays and Wednesdays will be strictly a rest day.
    Cardiovascular exercise will be done 2x/wk on Mondays and Thursdays
    * Moderate Intensity

    Workout Regiment:
    * 3 - 4 Exercises per muscle group
    * 8 - 12 Sets per exercise
    * 12 - 50 Reps per set











    The fun will begin January 2nd 2012.

    Stay tuned, the log will be 30wks long and I'll be updating regularly with my training and diet progress leading up to the cycle and all the way through PCT. It'd be great to get some followers for support and encouragement and any advice is very welcomed. So sub this shit mother fuckers, I'm about to redefine the meaning of the word; EPIC!!!!!

    I agree. Even though I think he will live through it. I would cut the var to the first 6 weeks, then take a break and do winny the last 6 weeks.

    And that primo is 600 every week right? Not ED like it says? I hope that's a typo. So much $$$. Anyways, you're doing 2+ grams of gear total a week so no need to go apeshit on the orals like that imo.

    Yes, haha thats supposed to be 600mg/wk. I was tired as fuuu when I was typing this. Nice catch!

    If it comes down to it and my mid cycle bloodwork isnt lookin so hot, I'll just drop the winny from the cycle. Im definitely keeping the var at 10wks though. Its my fav steroid right next methyltrienolone.


    Im also considering trying Thymosin Beta 4 @ 7mg/wk for the first 6wks.. I'm really interested in seeing what that stuff is capable of.

    Yeah.. haha we'll see. The roids will be nice and helpful for a speedy recovery, but then again they'll also allow me to train harder and longer and tax the muscle that much more.

    The TB4 should definitely help with recovery and soreness according to the studies Ive seen.

    Took a few measurements before hittin the legs tonight.

    Waist: 35" (hoping to shrink this back down to 31-32")
    Arms: 17" (hoping I can work them up close to 19")
    Chest: 49" (want at least 52" again)
    Quads: 26.5" (want to add 1.5" whilst maintaining the leanness)

    Supposed to be a rest day but i just got a mad urge to hit some chest and tri's! Haven't hit it in a good 7 or 8 months! Incline, Dips, Pec Dek, Pull-overs, CG Bench, Skull Crushers, Rope Pushdowns.
