I didn't place which is no suprise to me. I definitely have areas to work on. I am happy that I went through with it. It was a great experience and something I will try for again in the future.
Feeling better this morning. Diet is chicken and asparagus only. Water will stop at 3. I can't wait for tomorrow! It feels weird not working out at all.
So serious doubt about my competition is setting in. Am I just fooling myself? Either way I am going through with it. I know I have people that believe in me but my doubts are far out weighing their praises. Am I defined enough? Too thin? Posing? Talk about stepping out of my comfort zone!!!! I am actually not nervous yet. Just worried that I will disappoint my team.
I woke up at 4am to do 45 minutes of cardio. Diet change of course : 3oz of chicken, 1/4 cup brown rice, 6 asparagus. Still taking Dandelion root pills and drinking 2 galllons of water. I feel weak and very thin. No matter what though I will go through with this. I did take the week off from my other 2 jobs so I can focus on my training and my clients. Posing is better but still not where I want it.
