Tried something different today. I have never done cleans and wanted to try them. I like the fact that they work alot of muscles, burn fat and keep your heart rate up. I was going to try and do 10 sets of 10 at 135 lbs., but it didn't happen. I was only able to get 9 sets done. I was fucking exhausted. One thing I noticed after is that my forearms were fucking obliterated. I couldn't lift the bar towards the end. So if you want a good forearm workout, this is the one for you. ...
