    So I am 3 weeks out. Diet change of chicken white rice for 3 meals and chicken and 8 aspargus for the other 3. My workouts are 4sets of 24. I am still teaching classes, training, and working as a waitress. Ugg!! When can I sleep!

    I am 5 weeks out to the figure competition. New diet starting Monday and switching workouts. My diet change last week caused me to drop 5lbs....My coach is going to have me lift heavy this week. I am excited.
