    The past few weeks I have really been taking it easy. I had just gotten done doing 15 weeks of Max-OT and I was spent. I don't know for certain what caused it but I have gained a new pain, my forearms are shot. For the last 3-4 weeks I have not been able to do hardly any pushing movements, especially the bench press. They have gotten better and the pain has subsided a lot but the right forearm is still bothering me. I am treating it like I would tendonitis and keeping the wight really low and ...

    If anyone has the chance to see this I highly recommend it. I was perfectly willing to wait until it came out on DVD but my wife chose to go see it for our date night. It was definitely not what I was expecting. I had assumed that it was a horror movie from the way it w s marketed and the way the previews where cut, but I was really surprised to find out it was really a good suspense/thriller.

    I won't give anything away as I really don't want to spoil anything with the movie but ...

  4. Stupid teenagers

    So last night as I'm sitting there at my computer, doing my taxes, I hear a lot of yelling outside of my window. I look out the window and there are about 20 teenagers all getting into a fight.

    Apparently one of our backdoor neighbor's kids' friend had done something to some other kid so they came with their "crew" to come and beat her up. So everyone's yelling and all, and I'm sick of the stupid crap that these neighbor's kids do.

    Work a double today (16 hours FML). Supposed to smash Arms. Hopefully I can get a workout in during that time.

    Good workout. My shoulder is healed from a rotator fuck up. But when I did the CGBP, I felt a little pain in my shoulder again. So I backed off on the weight and concentrated on form and negatives. It was a great start and fatigued my triceps pretty well.

    Workout (Tricep/Cardio)
    Close grip Bench Press - 135 X 12|155 X 10|175 X 8|195 X 6
