That's all I have to say. Life got in the way of workouts this week. I only managed to workout on Monday and Tuesday. Monday I did my Bikram Yoga routine instead of Yoga X (I like that routine much much better). Tuesday I did the Core Synergistics workout, which is actually pretty intense.
