    This is one of the traditions in Texas. Taking your children to take pics in the bluebonnets. The wildflowers down here really are quite stunning.

  2. Diet Plans and the Mundane

    So I've formulated a diet plan with a little input from Kook.

    For the next 2 weeks, basically until the end of my PCT, I'm going to continue what I'm doing now. Eating clean for the most part, keep my cals up a little, and killing the cardio. Then I'll start CKD. After my first refeed, tentatively planned for day 12 or so, I'll add in clen and maybe a cortisol control supp depending on cash flow at the time. My goal is to be approx. 200 lbs by 5/27, meh birtfday.

    Fawk yesterday sucked. It's Spring Break so the Mother's Day Out is closed. I had both girls at home while I tried to work. Disney movie after Disney movie in the background along with the constant "I need milk", "Snack Daddy", and not sharing made my life hell. And then my wireless went down. RAAAAAGGGGGEEEEE. We have a work and home PC so I got the home one rigged to VPN in to the office. Damn.

  5. Vacation Stories and Happenings

    So the family and I went off to Kissimmee/Orlando for Astros spring training and Disney last week with another couple who has children about the same age as us. We both have kids one year and almost three years old. 4 kids, 6 adults (both Grandmas came) seems like a decent ratio right? No. The kids still ran all over us. Seriously the most exhausting vacation ever.
