So I've formulated a diet plan with a little input from Kook. For the next 2 weeks, basically until the end of my PCT, I'm going to continue what I'm doing now. So the family and I went off to Kissimmee/Orlando for Astros spring training and Disney last week with another couple who has children about the same age as us.
