I'll put my app in with the understanding if there are regular posters (ie non Mod) who qualify they take priority.

    Username: UHCoog
    Age: 34
Weight: 165 ish, too many Xmas cookies
    Goal Weight: Mid 150s
Date to achieve goal weight: 4/1

Currently I am helping push some buddies through training for Ironman Texas on May 19th. I also figured I'd mirror their training plan as much as possible to see if I can handle the training volume for future reference.

    Current protocol:

M- endurance swim (currently at 2500m, maxing out at 6000m) Push workout
T- Interval swim (50m sets), Pull workout, Interval or Race Pace Bike, Run
    W- Recovery Run
Th- Interval swim (100m sets), Leg workout, Recovery Bike
F- Long run (currently 11 miles, topping out at 20+)
    S- Off
Su- Endurance Bike Ride (Currently 60 miles, topping out at 100+) into a transition run

Leg workouts will get dropped when cardio recovery dictates. Cardio will always take precedence to strength training.

    Current sustainable paces:
Run: sub 8 minutes/mile over a half marathon
Bike: 20+ mph over a 56 mile time trial
    Swim: 1:45/100m over a mile.

in 4 watching coog take tight xtreme reloaded

id be down to log FIERCE.
I was skeptical of the product, but it seems real popular.
Im a total stim junky so the lower caffeine and ingredients for the mind-muscle connection really catches my attention

if mr. cooper rates it as one of his top 5.... then i MUST try it...

I don't see what's so special about the ingredient profile in fierce.. could you explain further? It just seems like a regular preworkout without 1,3.

I actually think the effects of launch 4350 ingredient profile might feel better

I'm still waiting on my samples to arrive of fierce and launch 4350.. I'm going to try them on different days ofcourse and post my reviews.

I usually use maximize v2 a a preworkout so I'm hoping that I like launch 4350 or fierce better so I can switch because I get tired of using the same supps

Here's why fierce is better than nearly every other pre:

Fierce is 16.4gr, with ~14gr of actives per serving, with zero carbs. This allows room for a full serving of creatine, nitrates, malic acid, l-aspartic acid, tyrosine, glucoronolactone, caffeine, and more. It all combines to provide some of the best endurance, strength, crash-free energy, and pumps, without ever having to double up on servings. Few preworkouts can match the massive serving size and range of effects.

I'll put fierce's 50 sixteen gr servings up against anyone else's concentrated formula any day.

I took tight a couple years back. It was good but always felt it needed a Lil more ump. Has there been any change to its ingredients over the past couple years?

you think fierce+ launch would be enough for a stim junky?
or would fierce stand alone suffice?

Do i need to meet up with you so I could show you my moves of self defense???

I would like to try T3. If not tight hardcore or extreme. I'm about to start a leaning routine that's going to last me 3 months. So a fat burner would be beneficial.

    29yoa 6'1 210lb

If I'm chosen I plan on posting about 3 times a week. Like I said I tried tight in the past so I'm curious about its stronger brothers.

I mean there so many to choose from. I just want a strong fat burner. What would you guys suggest. If you pick me surprise me you know your product potential more then I.

I see .. currently I've been taking creatine nitrate from APS along with my usual preworkout.. and creatine monohydrate post workout.. fierce sounds like an all in one so I can stop buying separate creatine nitrate

Sure. We still have the original Tight, but now have Tight Hardcore, and the newest Tight Xtreme Reloaded. There are 2 logs going on TXR elsewhere. Trust me, the 'umph' is there.

Intra Fuel is not on SAN's site, only on that other massive web store. It's an EAA product, with citrulline, beta alanine, and tyrosine. But all the rest is on SAN's site, use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. You'll see em.

Poison, between Endotest and Myotest (not listed), what would you reccomend?

    Also, how effective is Estrodex?

I would like to give Intra Fuel a go.

Im going to continue lean bulking for 4 more months. So far I've had great progress, thus I see Intra Fuel the most suitable for my current goal.

I NEVER miss a gym day (unless severely sick or injured). My nutrition is right on though I feel I overdo myself with the huge amount of lifting volume I do. Repleneshing, refueling, would be optimal for me.

I've never had a supplement from San Nutrition, while hearing many good things. My log will have constant updates and honest. If it's not what I expect or something is off, I will say it....not sugar coating anything. Detailed and complemented with pros and cons, if any.
