    Whatthafa was not being a dick at all. He was giving you good advice.

    This is what being a dick looks like.

    You are a lazy fuck looking for an way fix. "some people are just built like that?". Yeah no. Crying call of the lazy. Anyone can get of "stubborn" body fat. It's called dieting longer. If you want to take a steroid to lose your belly fat go for it, but don't go around acting like you have tried everything and it's a last resort. Sounds to me like you just don't know how to diet.

    I have not tried any supplements at all. That's why I join the forum to find out more about them. I am trying cardio and dieting but it's not working for me. Even if I were to lose weight like I use to be able to, I always had a pudgy look. I want to be able to look more define and fit, which I don't think I can do naturally.

    Trex, if you are going to insult someone, learn how to write. I could barely understand what you were saying accept for calling me lazy and stupid.

    Whattafa, sorry for calling you a dick, it just seemed like you were being sarcastic for stating something obvious and simplistic.

    I have been dieting and doing exercising like never before. Losing weight use to not be such a difficult task for me. 6 years ago I use to weigh 240 pounds, and in a matter of 6 months, I went down to 180 pounds. I have been able to maintain that way, sometimes my eating habits would turn bad and I would gain 5 or 6 pounds. I would just then diet and run for a few weeks and shave the extra pounds right off.

    Now, I gain 20 pounds in a matter of a couple months and I'm dieting and exercising harder than ever before, but the weight is not coming off.

    My interest in PH, particular something that has minimal side effects is because I never been one to look fit. It's just not in me. I look average. I want to be able to look more tone and well define. It's funny that some of you would be criticizing me for that when most of you take supplements to gain muscle.

    The people on here that use gear are people who have worked very hard to learn their bodies and can gain or lose naturally. The steroids we use boost what we already do.

    Post up your diet, cardio, and training schedule.

    Thanks. I am doing those things on this thread Prohormone/Designer Steroid Q&A With Jud.

    They just want me to be more specific on how many calories I consume a day and break it down to fat, carbs and protein. I'm going to gather that info tonight and also provide my body fat percentage. Hopefully one of the coaches in the gym has a meter for that.

    I read an article about how to determine your own metabolic rate. I need to take my temperature in the morning for about four days. So I will be providing that too. Thanks for the assistance.

    You should not post your personal activities or requests in an educational thread. Create your own thread were members can reply to you. So others will not have to sort thru your posts to find what they really seek in that thread.
