    1st Cycle H-drol Final Reveiw

    My first post on MFF was when I had mistakenly taken m-drol for the first two days of my h-drol cycle, IronAlex and other bros advised me to go back to h-drol to finish the cycle.

    I went back to h-drol and just completed a 6 week 50/75/75/100/100/100

    Weight Start 200.4 End 217.5

    Training 5/3/1

    Sides Back pumps and night sweats toward the last week.

    Thoughts: I was not expecting to have a 17lb weight gain on h-drol and did not expect the strength gains that I had either.

    The pinnacle of this cycle was the 4th week on the first week of 100mgs.

    I really loved this first cycle.

    Thanks for the review. As a suggestion, when you do pics, try and keep the same pose in both. It is easier for people to see the difference.

    I remember that thread too, glad to see it all worked out for you bro, as far as the pics thing I should add try to get the lighting the same as well. It makes it way easier to tell. Did you measure at all? I would be interested in seeing how it went if you did since you look leaner. Great job with the cycle and I'm glad it worked out for you.

    you look fat to begin with. No difference in pics. Too many people judge gains by weight. How much of your gain was fat, you have gained zero muscle maturity. Your dont look leaner but you sure are flexing harder and unevenly. Practice posing period.

    Im 181 maybe after my first turanibol lv I will gain 20 pounds in the same shape, be a worse bodybuilder and people will praise me because all they see are 20lbs. Gains are in inches, Did your weak spot which is obviously lat width get wider? If it did than that would be a gain. Did you become more symmetrical?

    since then, I'm still gaining and getting bigger. Amazing how consistent training, eating and sleeping gets you bigger.

    left lat is still smaller than my right but they are growing so not symmetrical yet, just wanting to gain mass.

    I keep hitting the compound exercises hard as these are the builders of the physique.

    The body part that seems to be responding the most are my legs, 23-24" legs now 26.5" and want to keep them growing.

    Biceps 17", Chest 44" (weak body part).

    5/3/1 has done me good!

    edit: thanks for the advice on posing, these are not before and after pics but on the same night. lol

    Good stuff man. I was a penis earlier. Posing is seen as gay in most gyms but its incredible for gaining muscularity and recovery, helps with visualizing growth. In the 70's and 80's posing was done after each set with tight revealing clothes. Its part of the sculpting nature.

    I am just starting my fourth week...and the strength is really kicking in. I just did my max in squats 4 times yesterday. I am being careful though...

    no offense taken, a bro said my v-taper is showing and I can feel the lats getting bigger. I have to def. do cardio as my eating is taken a toll on my mid-section.

    h-drol really surprised me, 15lbs in 6 weeks, can't wait to see what d-bol and test-e will do this fall.

    Probably under 15% bf, just gotta watch it so it doesn't get out of control.

    Just calipered btwn 14-14.4% bf, would like to be 12%.

    I am a total noob to PH. I wanted to take Hdrol but my main goals is to loose body fat and get cut. Is Hrold the best route? I had gain 20 pounds in a matter of 4 months and now weight 200 pounds. I want to get back down to 180, or at least shrink my waist so I can ware a size 34. Any recommendations?

    Thanks for being a total Dick about it but I've been trying that for quite a while and it can only get me so far. I have stubborn belly fat that doesn't go away. Some people are just built that way. That's why I'm looking into supplements to help me out. I want something that would help me cut instead of bulk. I would appreciate if someone can give me some real advice.

    I gave you real advice dude. Diet and cardio are the only things that are going to get you a 6 pack. Have you tried the eca stack yet?
