Had some bad news. Got my check from the gym and they hit me up for child support. Why does this sound bad you say? Well I already pay Child Support at my full time job plus back owe plus medical (around $600.00/month). Not that I am complaining about cause I am not I love my child and wish I could give my child more, but the part time job was to help the wife, kid, and I that live together.

3-9-10 Abs and Cardio

Kind of changed up my routein again. Trying to devote some time to abs and some more on cardio. Would like to have 3x/ cardio sessions around 30-40 mins each or around 9-10miles/ week.

20 mins non-stop ab work

20 mins Cardio 4% incline, 9mph 30 sec/3mph 1:30 with one cycle of 10mph 30sec/3mph 1:30

Around 1-1/2 miles and over 300 cals burned

Can't tell you how good it feels to run again srs
