These are my transformation pictures from being very over-weight and un-happy to adding lean muscle mass and dieting down to actually obtain my goal of competing in a bodybuilding competition once again. These initial pictures were taken before starting any sort of diet, sometime in late November (as you can tell). I began eating healthier and practicing what I had always preached because I couldn't stand where I had let myself go. I started dieting on my own in December with some progress, but decided if I was ever going to obtain my goals of competing that I'd need some guidance. This is where PJ Braun came in. He contacted me as he had seen my search and need for someone to help me with my diet to get into contest shape. He volunteered his time and effort each week, adjusting my diet and cardio to get me in shape come contest time. I couldn't have done much of this without his help. He was honest and kept me motivated each week we talked. For his efforts, I owe him a great deal of gratitude. Thank you, PJ. He's helped me rediscover my love for bodybuilding and take it upon myself to strive towards my goal, tooth and nail, of placing in the top 3. Even though I didn't place within the top three in my two competitions this year, it has lit a fire under my ass to strive for nothing less come next year.
I would just like to share what I have accomplished this past year with a lot of hard work, determination, perseverance and PJ Braun's guidance.
I'm 6'2'' and weighed in at both competitions (Branch Warren Classic & Europa Super Show: Dallas) 217.6 and 217.4lbs. I'm currently in my off-season and am currently 235lbs... and still have abs.
