Hello All,
First off I'm completely new to this forum, but it is simply an excellent way to monitor your results and track progress, very excited. Recently, I was taking jack3d for preworkout along with creatine and protein. Suffered from insomnia which ruined my week, every week. I ditched it after about 3 weeks of fantastic workouts and terrible rest. Moving on... close friend of mine recommended Tri methyl Xtreme 3.15, without reviewing it I bought it. Along with Revolution PCT and a liver support.... It has been sitting in my drawer for over 2 months. I've read the reviews of these kids taking it and experienced weight lifters and I simply cannot decided whether or not to take it. I will not take the recommended amount because I am aware that this stuff is incredibly potent. My plan was as follows:
1 tri methyl pill each day for 2 weeks.
Begin recommended PCT at start of 2nd week. Take PCT for 2 weeks post Tri methyl
Recommended liver support throughout 4 week cycle.
No drinking, Eating right, Creatine and protein accordingly.
Again, I appreciate your time and recommendations. Ultimately I had planned on taking it, but I'd rather "ask the audience". little nervous. I am here for a educated, level headed answer.

PS- My bench is 245 last time I maxed out, 168lbs today, 23 in July, I've been working out consistently for 7 months increasing my bench from 165 to 245.
