MFF Moderator Rules:
* Moderators at MFF have the ability to delete or move any post/thread on
* MFF and its members. Moderators will do everything in their power to be fair and to help everyone have the most beneficial time on this forum as possible. Any conversation with a Moderator needs to be done in PM or e-mail with the moderator, not in the public forum.
* Thread titles should be explanatory and specific within reason. Thread titles should not simply be ‘Help’, ‘This supplement’, etc. The more descriptive the thread title, the more members that will come to the thread to discuss.
* Avoid inaccurate/wrong advice. No one knows everything. If you are unsure about a question that someone is asking, please abstain from posting. If you post in a thread where you are not that knowledgeable but may have had some experience, identify your personal results, but to not state them as fact.
* Help Us Make This Forum Better. The moderators will have a hard job monitoring everything as this forum grows. Please report any rules violations to the moderators
* MFF is not responsible for any of the information on the forum. Users must
keep in mind, posts are a matter of opinion and must be taken for face value and not necessarily fact.
* All posts must be made in English
* No Nudity of any kind
* All posts are subject to review, deletion, and editing by MFF staff without
prior permission from the poster
* All posts must be conversation specific in attempt to keep a legitimate
conversation, argument, or general discussion on track
* All conversation is permissible and encouraged here at MFF as long as negative
criticism is done in a respectful way.
* Absolutely no bashing or disrespecting any forums .
* Any posts and threads made to degrade people due to religion, sexual orientation or race will not be tolerated
* All members that do not follow these guide lines will receive warnings followed by infractions and worse case BANNED
