    strength gains while taking prami???

    Im taking some prami right now for prolactin control. Im also in the middle of a cut (similar to TTs diet). Ive dropped about 10 lbs in 5 weeks and gotten stronger...
    Seems odd to me, maybe the diet is just legit but im thinking it might be the prami. I read somewhere that it increase HGH up to 400%?

    Just wondering what you guys think...

    was at .5 mg and then bumped it to 1 mg for a few days, now back at .5 mg. Going to taper off it over the next 1.5 weeks

    Studies do show it can boost GH production by up to 400%, but I believe (not positive, do not remember) thats at much higher doses (around 3mg). I ran it up to 1.5mg ED, made me lethargic as fuck. I did get a little stronger on lifts such as deadlifts, but I think that was because prami ---> lower prolactin levels ---> more energy to train! May be the same for you.

    If you don't make strength gains every workout you are a fucking pussy

    Every workout you should be able to at least push out 1 more rep than the last or add 5lbs to a lift here or there

    Fucking pussies are all over the web piss me off thinking they need some roids and shit to make gains

    Thats a bit of an exaggeration! C'mon, obviously you dont need steroids to gain, but if you were to add 5lbs to your bench every week, that 260lb bench increase in a year lol, brb benching world records in a few years.

    But I agree on your main point, you can gain very well without steroids, and a hella lotta guys are over dependent on them.

    Yeah that's why I said atleast an extra Rep every workout.....some people are just pathetic and dont know how to push themselves to new limits

    no im on a low carb low fat high protein diet... way below maintenance. but the diet is structured well so the few calories i am eating are definitely doing work

    late returning to the party. I'd agree with what androgen said. The boost in GH is real albeit temporary, and if prami makes you sleep as good as it did for me, that's not hurting either. It's probably more of a sign that diet and training are on point than anything else though. Well done, that's not easy to do on a cut.

    what I meant is, Joe's diet is built in such a way that you get a lot more carbs than most people usually cut on, but less fat so you're in a deficit but eating plenty of glycogen.
