We've had a few threads on it but thought I'd see there were any newer users or opinions.
I started 3 grams today for an attack/ loading dose for a week or two then maybe 1 gram. Going to give it a try for 4-6 weeks see where it leads. 4.0 this semester??
How much choline did you guys use?
Any other thoughts?
(bulk powder = pretty nasty lol)
