    Pretty interesting. I guess the study showed creatine not only increases muscle energy, but can reduce myostatin too.

    /\ True. Its a rare but slightly common ( to where it happened from time to time ) whippet disorder. Its harder on their cardio system and joints, so they dont live too long. Poor things.

    Yes I know what myostatin inhibitors do, I wanted to know what does everyone think that creatine supposedly has been shown to decrease myostatin, I mean something that has been around for so long and we finally are discovering many other benefits?
