Yikes that's alot lol. Id prolly vomit. Push up or not. You should try it with the tuck jump at the end. It seems to amplify is fatigue meter ten fold.

Out of the gym sweating. Superset barbell press+close grip chin up+dumbbell row+squat machine+leg raise crunch+flys. 3 supersets

Tried launch today. Flavor was great mixability top notch but I gotta say I like the fierce more. Felt like I got more energy from fierce. Launch did however give me lots more focus but like I mention before I don't need focus so I felt kinda high. Lol. I gotta say though muscle fatigue was def down. I repped each superset the same as the last. It almost felt like I was getting stronger per set Haha. I think though now that I put in writing that the only negative thing about launch is the focus it gave me. It was almost like my brain was pumped lol. Marinade did the same thing for me. Aside from that its an A+ product. Or as we say on the video game world S++

Now Ima chug down an RTD51 n call it a day.

BTW I shared some samples with fellow gym goers today. Ima see how they like. I like spreading the word on quality.

I'm not in the military any more, screw that. I refuse to do pushups, or jumps. We do them in our judo warmup, and I just sit there. Ain't gonna happen.

Launch? Yeah, it's STRONG. Not the strongest stim hit, but pretty strong, with some of the best focus around. I actually just took a packet to get me through my night shift.

In fact, I may have screwed up, lol: I was at a gas station today, and noticed an energy drink called Kuka. I picked it up, and it looked like crap, but then I noticed it has coca leaf extract in it. I'm in. So I drank it a couple hours ago on my way in to work, and got nuthing. I looked it up when i got here, and it has 28mg caffeine. Boo. So I downed a Launch (mmmwatermelon!), and it hit me so damn hard, it's ridiculous. I'm wondering if the coca extract, which obviously is not the same as cocaine, isn't having some synergy here. I don't know what alkaloids this drink is extracted for, but I'd be interested in finding out.

I think by coca leaf extract they meant coca cola.

    Sounds like something worth venturing.

Poison does any of the san pre workouts come creatine free. I could easily wait to go home and find out but I don't wanna wait. And I'm too lazy to Google it.

Well, Launch (both versions), as well as CM2 Nitrate, have creatine nitrate. However, the amount of creatine nitrate you can take is limited by the nitrate content, you can take too much of that. So they all probably have ~.5gr of creatine, very low. Fierce has loads of creatine, of course.

You could try Intra Fuel, which is EAA's, citrulline, beta alanine, tyrosine.

    Word.

Log update. Still taking 3 a day. Down to 202 today. I'm at the point now where each pound is gonna hard to remove. It's that sticky fat fighting for dear life.

Gonna try for 5 fast one mile runs today. If I were running after football or basketball this wouldn't be as difficult. But something about running in place at a tv...but w.e. gotta do what I gotta do.

Like the old Zen proverb. "The obstacle is the path".

    You're making me hungry!

I'm glad you're enjoying everything, the diiodos are legit. I can say the same for Launch 4350, I've been using that to power through study sessions and the like for a while now.

You're also working your ASS off and it's really showing man - T2 extreme is great, but your work is what it's all about.

    Haha lol. Its very suggestive.

Thanks for the support reading it again I got hungry myself. Weighed myself today down to 200. Started t2 last week at around 205. My goal weight is about 195 before I start muscle hardening and mass routine "mix" if you will. I think I might get there faster then expected thanks to t2.

Yesterday 5 one mile runs were difficult as I only got to 4.

    1st mile at 8:47
    2nd mile at 10:13
    3rd mile @ 11ish
    4th mile 11:22

My legs gave out at 3.5 miles. Mostly some knee pain n groin soreness lol. My Cardio was through the roof though didn't even breathe heavy nor at any point feel that need to in the least.
I took fierce for my Cardio session. Gave me a good boost right off the bat.

Today was a good day. Friday. Finally. Workout was.....

    Superset of
    Manmakers and mountain climbers.

Then jump one bike for intervals.
Semi high resistance. 10 sec slow 20 sec fast. Did that for 9 times. Friend showed up at the gym so Hung out k helped him workout.

A friend I gave a sample of launch to was very impressed. Says his going in for a purchase.

And now I'm going back to fuddruckers lol. Gonna have chicken this time. But who knows I might just hit 3/4 lbs. Meh.

    Great weekend to all.

I would love an ostrich omelette. Might ne the next big protein shake craze. Ostrich albumen protein 40gm per scoop. 20g glutamine 15 in bcaa n the rest in those other amino that ppl don't care too much about.

Today begins the first week of the second month my leaning 3 month phase. And also the second full week of t2. So far so good. This time around aside from the circuit routine I'm going to add vert training routines to my m-w-f.

    To include weighted box jump.
    Single leg squats
    And seated calf raises.

    Any other ideas are welcome.

Also to my t-th split I will be adding 5 40 yard sprints to the regular metabolic routine I do on those days.

If anyone is wondering why, its because i like to be as athletic as possible. Agility and speed are just as important to me as power. N looking good of course. Lol.

That is all...for now. Ate sushi this weekend it was wonderful. If there's any other south floridians on here that like sushi. Wasabi...golden dragon roll...good stuff.
